Well, Are you sure you extracted it to the right directory: You probably did this:
[Assuming C:\Program Files\Dink Smallwood\pilgrim]
c:\Program Files\Dink Smallwood\
pilgrim\pilgrim\[STUFF HERE]
So, try taking the contents of [STUFF HERE] and putting it into C:\Program Files\Dink Smallwood\
pilgrim\ and removing the second pilgrim directory.
If that's not the problem, then, uhh, I don't know.
