Mental disabilities aside, if this was any other forum on the internet ThePunisher would have been banned a long time ago. Sadly, it seems as if we can't get him banned but that's not a reason to excuse his behavior. He knows what he posts is unacceptable and he just continues to do so.
There's also a part of me that thinks he could just be a troll if so he is probably laughing hysterically at the fact that he has angered so many people on the forum.
