Reply to Why organic food is better for you. A bare-bones explanation.

Organic foods are more expensive, but because they're more nutritious, they fill you up and keep you filled longer and faster. This means that you do not need to eat as much, meaning that, if you consistently eat organic fruits, vegetables, and free-range meats, you will not be hungry all of the time and your weight will be easier to manage.
Due to not needing to eat so much, you will actually pay approximately close to the food bills were previously, at a ratio of buying and nutritional value, 9:1 to 1:9 inorganic and organic respectively. (Based on my family's diet)
Also, sugar is not bad, when eaten in moderation. Sugar occurs naturally in many foods, like fruits and some vegetables. Raw sugar is best, whereas white/granulated sugar is worst, as it is often bleached. Raw sugar is a light brown color and tastes even sweeter than granulated sugar. Alternatives to sugar, for the diabetics or those who do not wish to eat sugar, such as stevia or xylitol are healthy alternatives, whereas aspartame and saccharine-based alternatives, such as splenda, are toxic under the right conditions.
Aspartame, in particular, undergoes a chemical transformation from C14H18N2O5 to CH2O (formaldehyde) when subjected to heat.
Stevia is extracted from the eponymous plant and is natural and doesn't have the nasty aftertaste of aspartame or saccharine. Xylitol is a crystal sugar alcohol that has health benefits such as being unfermentable (meaning bacteria can't feed on it and thus rotting your teeth)and being a healthy alternative for diabetics.
I hope you all enjoyed this, and I hope it clears up and unspoken confusion you guys have.
