Here we have little squares of stuff inside a clear thing (yes i am being as graphic as i can) u boil the squares for 15 mins and take out and cool off. When u go out u slip one into your pocket and when cold hands u *crack* it (theres a little metal round thingi in there sitting in a heap of clear liquid) - it sends a shock thru the inside of the thing and it turns milky and as it does it heats up to so hot u cant touch it - slip into something and slide into your pockets - lasts a while and is totally reusable
