Exactly. With me, I believe that all of matter is comprised of energy stored within atoms, that atoms themselves are energy. (The well-known equation E=mc2 is actually about this, from what I understand.) Since everything is energy, then by being one with the natural world and not constantly squabbling over petty things, we'll be more peaceful.
This is personal belief, so I'm not going to state it as absolute fact or anything, but it's how I see the world, and how I understand it. Currently, I'm trying to compile all of my thoughts regarding it so that people can look over it at their leisure.
