I eat organic, this means free range meats from animals that were raised happy and healthy, and die in such a way, rather than die cold, in pain, and filled with fear. (You can taste the difference.)
Organic vegetables and raw milk are also good, as they taste amazing. And that's saying something, because I don't like milk.
Raw sugar is also best, as it's much more healthier than all of the artificial and concentrated crap.
