If anyone knows of any glitches besides these, feel free to contribute to the topic. I'm also curious if these (especially the slime freeze) have happened to other people.
I have not seen freezes related to slimes. Not sure which dungeon they're supposed to be in. Perhaps I missed that. Do you need to have been there for 100%?
Another thing I thought of when you posted this: I remember freezing the game after leaving the house with the UFO in the fairy village. This may be the "invisible sprite with warp" bug that was recently fixed in Freedink (but it wasn't when I played HH2); I didn't check.
