I hand drew shady, was a huge job and you are asking for 3 characters with fancy clothes best of luck with that! Suggest a 3d model would be faster and move it to animate and take screenies (resolution doesnt need to be great for dink)

There is one elf in the fatties and bar people I did - but hes not animated yet
