Bad idea. There was an interactive story thing on the network a while back, which I personally really enjoyed, but it got taken down.
Most if not all the fan fiction would be rubbish anyway, any good stories people would most likely want in a d-mod. Saying that, you could still write some I guess, nothing stopping you. Maybe somebody would follow your lead.
Strangley, I was thinking of writing a short story or 2 about Jarvis for release with AKT2...
