If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
You can also drag an image file onto the search box on the Google Images search or results page. And there's a Firefox addon so you can search from the context menu when you right-click on an image, although sometimes I have to click View Image first so it doesn't try to search for the background image or something.
