You know what, with about 3-4 developers left that could make something like MouseDink (and that's stretching it if you think of the difficulty) I don't see why it matters who gets credit for what anymore. Point is, nobody else will attempt a MouseDink, of this I'm sure. So there is no patenting to speak of. It's also a silly term for use in an open community I think at this point anything that's released or was released in the past is public property. Story of abandonware applied to development files Doesn't mean that credit shouldn't be given anymore of course, but I think nobody here would skip credits if they know who they're taking it from.
