Who thinks using Dinkedit Vanilla to make it is over-doing it?
While it is certainly in the spirit of the contest, when I read the rule "no custom graphics", I had another thought: this contest is perfect for trying out my editor. Even though it is already capable of using new artwork (but not of editing dmods with new artwork), that isn't very easy currently. However, if you need to stick to the rules, my editor should be very usable.
So thank you for these rules. While you can play with my editor, I'm working on decompilation of custom artwork, so that when you know how it works, you can also edit dmods which weren't made for this contest with it.
Oh, and I'll consider entering the contest myself, but I'm a bit busy, so that might not work out.
Anyone who needs help with getting the editor to work (that should be much easier than it was last time), please send me e-mail (wijnen@debian.org) and I'll do my best to help you.
