As you all know, Predator (Now known as ThePunisher) has been extremely depressed lately. But this is not a case of 'should we sympathize with him?', but a case of 'Should we ban him, or ignore him?'
Here are my points: In the recent month, following the 'I am unsatisfied with my life' thread, he has made many threads dedicated to how he wishes he was made in a laboratory and various others that share titles with similar ones.
Fact: At least three topics were made dedicated to how he wishes he was made in a lab. One labeled 'I wish I was made in a lab.' Another labeled, 'I wish..........'
The next 'Who else wishes they where made in a lab?' All three were closed and forgotten. Though there is no true rule about spamming noted In the Unwritten (and now written) Guidelines of the DN, it is a general rule in the whole of the internet that constant spamming of a topic generally gains hatred toward yourself. (Ref. Guideline #1)
There were also at least three topics labeled 'Why are adults so grumpy?' I would put up the contents of these topics, if my brother hadn't put up a parental controls thing blocking all topics that had the word 'adult' in it.
There were also a few topics about him warning us to remain virgins for the rest of our lives. (While I respect the views of the abstinent, I personally think that these views are idiotic in the context that Predator uses them in.)
There is also the many topics Here where he demands respect, calling scratcher a she dog, and one deleted post where he actually threatens Scratcher by saying he will HUNT HIM DOWN AND BEAT HIM UP IF ITS THE LAST THING I DO [sic]
There are also two topics dedicated to why he hates adults.
Here there are SEVERAL topics dedicated to his views of adults being disgusting
Here are three topics asking why black people have less variety in eye and hair coloration. All deleted.
This accounts to several charges of Spamming, something looked down upon by the whole of the DN, but given a temporary reprieve if it is a new member. Predator has been here a long time, first as a Ghost, then as 'ThePunisher. As a Ghost, he was extremely prejudiced, exacting several negative comments against various members on the forum, and creating the infamous '9/11' topic that brought out the first ever rage/rant from me to him (Or anyone, for that matter) in the history of the Forum.

Now, onto the main purpose of this thread:
I am sick and tired of Predator. I am sick and tired of his blatantly racist remarks, his threats and threads bashing everyone he doesn't like. Including, but not limited to, and PM's he sent to anyone. (I have one currently, asking me why my country is corrupt and stupid. I won't put out what is on it unless all the Staff members wish me to show it.)
I ask that Pred comes to defend himself, to give us some good reasons as to him remaining on the Forum.
I then ask the Forum as a whole to vote on whether or not Predator should stay.
I then ask that whatever sentence should come up, that the Staff members carry it out.
My question is: Should Predator (A.K.A. ThePunisher) remain as a member as the Forum, or should his account be deleted, his ISP banned, and all of his hateful and spammy topics deleted?
I am not trying to be like a Staff member, I'm only pointing out evidence that I have collected against Predator. The choice of Predator's presence on this forum is up to each and every single person, but I also ask you to consider Pred's view in this matter.
