This popped into my head the other day, and I've been trying to remember what it was called for ages and have come up with no ideas.

When I was younger (I'm not sure when, but I'd hazard a guess at around 7 years or so ago, which means I must've been about 8) I had a 2D PC game (A CDrom, not a download). I remember this because it was the only PC game I'd ever had at that point, everything else was PS1/PS2. Anyway, it was a game about this kid who was left alone for the night and had nightmares.

It started off (I think, this was a long time ago) with the kids parents going out for the night, and they've left a note on the fridge for the kid. Then he went upstairs and (I think?) there was one of those classic 'Corridor stretching away endlessly' things. Then he goes to bed, and the nightmares start.

As far as I remember, each hour on the clock was a different nightmare and you could choose which one to dream. I remember one being in some creepy school with a guy endlessly bouncing a basket ball and a maths board you could get sucked into. I think another was a dentist who shrunk you and put you in some rotten chomping teeth. There was one in a sewer, but I can't remember if that was part of the school nightmare. I think there might've been one outdoors with a guy digging a big grave too, and there was someone living at the bottom (of the grave). I can't remember any others, although I'm fairly certain there were more.

One scene that particularly sticks out in my memory was a room with a big mirror in it. Then this whole song started about spots and how none of the gels and creams for spots would work and you'd never look like anyone else again.

I think there could have been a sort of "Nightmare Guardian" you had to find and beat too, but I'm not too sure about that part. I think it was a platformer, but I'm not entirely sure. I just remember it being creepy (Or at least it seemed that way when I was younger )

I've been trying to remember what this game is called for a while now, and I've googled lots of likely sounding names, but to no avail. My parents say they can vaguely remember it, but have no idea what it was called. I was just hoping someone here might know what I mean... Thanks to anyone who may have heard of this or who knows what I mean. I have a feeling it was a fairly rare game, which doesn't really help me try and find it
