Good point, Redink1 and indeed as I intended it: you can explain it both ways.
I wouldn't have mind it if those people didn't want the cavies anymore and would've just killed them and then put them in between the garbage. It's the unnecessary suffering that I can't stand. And that the mouse does the same, isn't something I can blame him, since he doesn't know any better.
But humans do know better, or at least should know better, and that's my point.
