You already got the fee? dang you must be filthie rich! Sorry, but when I found out about the fee I had nightmares. because unless the app sells very well you are stuck.
I actaully tried my hand at creating my PSP homebrew once, but it fell apart after a few tries. maybe when I know more about homebrew I'll try.
I've actually made some games in Game Maker and RPG Maker because they require no knowledge of coding
