Dont take Holland(aka Netherlands) if you dont know Dutch.
Why? Most people you'll meet will be able to speak English well enough to communicate. Not the old folks but it's hard to find a young Dutch person who's unable to understand your English. Their pronunciation and vocabulary may vary however.
