My life is a work out! It's 2 miles (aprx. 3.21 km) to the library, which is the only free high speed wifi connection in town. About the same to my job. I live in the Rocky Mountains, at about a mile (1.6 km) up, with the terrain that implies.
I'm thin as a rail, but I bet I'd leave most of you way behind in a distance hike.
