I agree that a somebody should pick up the RRR's (somebody from the staff) so why not make skull admin, who's already doing it? Also he is probably the most... committed member here.

I do however think the current staff do what they should for the community, files and reviews are accepted almost at once, the problem is that there are almost nothing being uploaded XD
