If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Yep, you can import screens from another d-mod (and the original game) in WDE+ by going to Tools->Import Screen or just press "L" 
Alternatively I think you can also open 2 d-mods in 2 different WDE and then just copy/paste to your heart's content
