I think it is ultimate cheat ver. 3.00. It's under the development section the last time I looked. If it isn't there, it'le be under miscelaneous.
Yes I have too, accidently walked off the island and found that island with the volcanos and passageway. I couldn't get on there, but that was before I got the ultimate cheat. I stil haven't been there again, but maybe you can with the cheat. If it doesn't work, it will probably be abandoned, meaning it was going to be part of the world, but changed their minds, and didn't delete it.
