I still think Lynx is the best browser. No chance of popups!
My serious answer though is Firefox, I generally dislike IE and Safari. Never tried Opera, and Netscape is long dead (just thought I might mention it). I thought Chrome was pretty good, but for the sake of tidyness I decided to only install Firefox on my Win 7.
