I've seen plenty of "WC" signs around. That is not his house. The "his house is covered in snow" is just a cover up that you couldn't find a building with the sign on top.

EDIT: A WC is a water closet; a place to take a crap. For all we know, that could just be the sign for a water closet. >_>
