It's about toast.
Erm...It's actually way better than it sounds.
If you want a GOOD description here's a description for my next game:
Darkness Among Paradise --
A thousand years before the events of the present, a Council ruled over a peaceful world called Actaea. A strage monster threatened the peace of Actaea. It's name was Cynyr. In order to defeat Cynyr, the Council had to flood Actaea without killing innocent people. In order to do so, the sacrificed all there power to bring about a massive tidal wave and raise all the continents into the sky.
In the present time, a new Corrupt Council ruled over New Actaea. The decendants of the Old Council were told of the tale of the Great Flood which flooded Actaea and forced the world into the sky.
As the New Council grew, it became more and more corrupt. It spread propaganda to the people of New Actaea. Even though the people were seemingly safe, and peaceful, there was a lot of crime. The New Council assured the people that they were safe from the criminals as long as they prayed to the Silver Star. The Silver Star was a fake God that the New Council made up to distract the people from the Council Leader's intentions.
Four people were banished from the New Council when they became concerned about what the New Council might be doing.
The Leader and his Councilmen wanted to bring the Continents back down to the old Planet so they could have fresher water. Only the Banished Councilmen, Baesa, a female Priest, Aoder, a strong guardian, Anhai, a failed Experiment saved from execution by Aoder, and Kelna, a female mage knew of the intentions of the Leader.
Aoder and Kelna were the first ones to listen to a private meeting with the Leader. They were the ones who found out that the Leader wanted to bring the continents down so he could gain the remaining powers of Cynyr to become an all powerful being. When Aoder annouced to the Council that the Leader was evil, the news was immediately brought the attention of the Leader. Aoder and Kelna got thrown out of the council for it.
Another member of the council, Baesa, was working on an experiment with a creature they found dying near the Council House. They fused him with another dying human so they could become one undying being.
In the process, the newly named Anhai, was to be killed because he was a failed experiment. Baesa turned against the Council to save the life of Anhai. The Council decided to let Anhai live under one condition - Baesa had to be banished from the Council.
Baesa, Aoder, Anhai, and Kelna reunited, and they were surprised that the Council didn't kill them.
They four knew of the Leader's intentions, and the rest of the Council didn't know about it. So they set off to warn the city and the council about what may happen if the powers of Cynyr were to be unleashed.
