Mmmm, pizza. 
If you're into Tibet, check out Standard Tibetan as well. That is used in the more rural areas where Chinese hasn't taken over yet. You also see it on Tibetan prayer flags, and on waymarkers. The phrase Om mani padme hum is often written in the Tibetan script.

EDIT: Admittedly, Mandarin would be more useful in general >_>
