In memory of Skull. 
This is an excellent way to heavily boost our community while allowing potential Dinkers to help out with the main Dink engine before they come back later to make D-mods on their own time. It's too late for us to apply this year, but next year we definitely need someone to represent the DN so that we get on this awesome deal.
