If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
If I were doing this in photoshop, I would use an outer glow with 'black' as the colour and 'multiply' or something as the mode, to put an emphasizing border around the text...
Another good idea is to put a dark border on the inside and a faint golden glow on the outside. Works well.
