I rather like it - it doesn't detract from the screen appearance, isn't too much of an overkill like some I have seen
I think its nice and subtle, tasteful and Dinkish
Like the grey as I feel it fits in well. (Did u you use the 'cracklature' filter?)
My only criticism is maybe the words could be a little bolder (attack, magic, life, gold etc) because they are a little hard to read being a thin font.
