If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
The file Erwin specified is all you need to change.
Open that, remove the freeze(1); line at the top of the script and leave everything else alone. Click save.
Open the Dmod, load your save game, and when you enter the house do nothing until everyone else has stopped doing everything (except David, he'll start moving all over the screen looking for invisible targets). Then walk out the door to the east.
