if you seek to teleport matter by copying it's atomic and subatomic information,in the destination scaner there should be materials to create it.So that wouldn't be teleportation
that would be...um can't find the right word....
When messing with teleportation, you should focus to more abstract elements.Like time and space.When somehow trying to break these two barriers you need to thoroughly find out how/why they work!
or you need to learn teleportation spell....
