There are 199 barrels in the game (i got all of them 
)
At the end you can chose between
-Mr. SBV's Hellfire (does damage according to how many barrels you smashed)
-Some Armor (+10 Defense, but ony 5 if got that chain or whatever that gives you 5 defense in Elrand's castle)
-15 magic potions
