IvanMZ has released Debug Bitmap, a utility that lets you inspect the graphics in various d-mods. It detects True Color Format, incorrect values and damaged files. It's pretty easy to install and only around 200 kb, so there's really no reason not to download it, unless you're completely uninterested in doing something with graphics for your d-mod.
