I agree with the ghost, i use Photoshop for most of my graphics editing, but sometimes nothing beats good 'ole MS Paint. Seriously, Photoshop, as good as it is, still has lacking features. MS Paint is good for doing the basic things that Photoshop can't.

I hear that GIMP is kinda alright, though I doubt as powerful as Photoshop.
