Well, I downloaded the DMOD some months agao and started play yesterday. Finished the first story with lots of money and experience, think I was at level 8. 
In the second story I got the bug with no rubbing option for the jar on the beach, so I went to this board and found the solution. I thought.....
Downloaded and upgraded to v2.11a. The "readme.txt" said that there was a saved state included for those who had finished story 1 and diden't want to play it all over again. Just start the game and go directly to the castle, and you will end up in story 2 with lots of money and some important items.
So I did, but I only ended up in jail, so I guess I need the patch..... ???
