If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
It would take 2 tilesets to match the tops to the bottoms, and because the tops haven't been changed, you can just take the tops off the original cliff tileset 
E: Eek, forgot! These tiles are in 24-bit color, so play in True color mode. And there is a problem when using these in WDE, seems like WDE can't understand the 24-bit format and uses the original Dink Ts18 tiles.
