What about Mods or Cheats now?
Alright I got the basics of coding down, but now I want to know, how do I make mods or cheats for dink, do I use a module or system available on the website, do I code it using a mean not provided or are they made with a dink quest maker thingy?
This is by no means the extensive answer but from what I have seen, cheats are usually scripts attached to a button on the key board that is placed in your folder so it can be used in game. The best way to find out is download one of the cheats and examine it.
You basically make scripts that react to certain keypresses, and tell people to include those files in a Dmod to use these cheats.
Umm... "Mods" as in mods of Dmods? Same deal basically... Zip it up and provide it as a patch/mod to a specific Dmod.
