i can't understand a single word of these tutoirals

can anyone please tell me a better way to make d-mods

and what tools i must use to do it

In a word, no.

Through reading the scripts of others, and studying the tutorials, you may learn how to make a d-mod. There's no "better way".

Have you tried Dink Goes Boating? It may help to a degree. But toying around with simple scripts and either DinkEdit or Windinkedit is probably the best way to go.

Look through them a few times. Or learn some real scripting/programming language before coming back to Dmod stuff.

Also, what aspect of d-modding are you looking at tutorials for? Scripting? Making the maps? Sprites? Hardness? You have to tell people some details if you expect help.
