The Dink Network

I was thinking to make some own graphics to my D-Mod. I saw that RTsoft had used 3Dmax, but I don't have it and it costs a lot
Anyone have an idea for a good graphic-making program that can be downloaded?
(I want the grapics look like dink style, if you understand what I mean, so no anime-graphic program please )
