How do you delete your account?

You can't. But frankly, is there any need for it?

Just ask an admin.

@Simeon: some people create temporary accounts for if they lose their password. Or if they created an account for a little joke.

Could be but you're not allowed to have more than one account here so you only have one account for all your posts/seriousness/jokes - that kinda drops the first option and the second one, could only find one other post and/or blog of this user.

Edit: in the end, you could always change all related information in your profile, leave and never log in again
