Error: Chaotic using computer.
Ok, all you computer people are probably getting annoyed at me but... I did it AGAIN! I keep screwing up my computer 
. Ok, I turned off system services (The taskbar started looking like the Win98 one) to rid of "Windows Security Center" and that worked fine... till it wrecked my FREAKIN INTERNET CONNECTION 
. I suspect my internet connection (I get it from a network) is a system service, I checked the system services checkbox in MSCONFIG and... no change, plus my internet connection is still broken.
Anyone know how I can restart the system services?

Would of never thought, "how is an internetless chaotic posting on the internet?" is that bad?

I'm not internetless, its my connection to the LAN that is broken.
Right click My Computer, click Manage, click Services. Start every one (or the ones if necessary if you're experienced enough to know which those are - which obviously you aren't - no offense).
