The Dink Network

First problem: The title screen at the beginning is stuck on "Dink in the Beginning of Evil" even though Im playing Initiation. I can still play its just annoying.

Second problem: This is the one that stopped me from playing. The music wont work. Not only in Initiation, but any other Dmod I play. The sounds work fine though.

Eh, BoE is my DMod... Didn't you accidentally copy-paste Title-01.bmp from one game to the other?

About the music. I don't know. You might check if you can play any midi outside of Dink, just in mediaplayer or something. If not, you must check if SW-Synth in the Volume Control Panel (of Windows) isn't disabled or at 0.

Well I can play Midi's in WMP...I have no idea why its not doing anything in Dink.

As for the title...its doing that with any D-Mod I play. It loads that title instead of the specific D-Mod.

I have had the same problem with midi's. The only solution I've found is to load the game, imediatly exit, then load it again. Then, the music usually works for a good half hour. When it quit's again, you quit, and re-load. It get's tedious, but oh well.

Oh, wait. That must be the very-hidden propaganda-function I've implemented. Detects new DMods everytime when running Dink.exe (DMods also run Dink.exe), and overrides the titlescreen. Nifty, eh?

Try unDFarc-ing the DMod again, see what happens then.

Another point, do you see the BoE-buttons as well, or is it only the titlescreen-background?

Well Magicman its just the background. The buttons that you can click are actually of the Dmod your playing. For example...I have the Initiation buttons, but the "Beginning of Evil" background.

Hey I loaded up Carrie's new Dmod and the music played suddenly. However the screen still says "Beginning of evil".
