is the standard initial main game download (the 23 meg base dink smallwood) good enough to play should I go streight to what you guys call "DMOD", which im guessing is an add-on player made quest you can play?
For one: you need the main game to play the dmods, so you'll have to download that anyway.
(the dmods use the same game engine)
And yes the game is definitely good !
Apart from that you wouldn't understand part of the humor used in the dmod's if you haven't played the main game and know the main storyline.
So by all means download & play it.
