I got a copy of Neverwinter Nights for Christmas after trying the demo, but when I start it, the screen is black. I tried the demo. The same thing happened. When I first tried the demo, i was using a GeForce 4 MX 440, but I had it removed due to hardware conflicts. I am assuming I need a good graphics card to run NN, but I can't use the GeForce 4. Anyone know a graphics card that will work? My Motherboard is a PC266 M810 series, wit an AGP4x slot. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I think any modern graphics card should do for the game. I used to play it with a Geforce 2 MX, then with a Geforce 4 Ti 4200 and now with an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro.

If you actually tried those chips with Neverwinter Nights, thankyou very much.

I use a GF 4 for NWN. Try patching the game and then playing.
