The Dink Network

I've been having trouble playing dink in fullscreen, it defaults to an awful underscan with a brown background and unsightly blurriness which ruins all dithered shadows and makes everything blurry, I can't seem to find any help on this forum regarding this, and google has not helped me.

I use an HDMI Asus monitor with an AMD graphics card, so I have the catalyst control center, i'm still stuck on this however. I can't see my characters up close, it's blurry as hell.
