Quest for Dorinthia SE - can't go to witcher?!

I've killed the dragon and now am heading to find Linus guy for the armour suit. I was told to go to Witcher and now I'm there, at its entrance, but it seems I just can't go down further. On the map I'm at the very bottom of Athello. How can I go to Witcher?

Oh lol I just wandered around a bit and encountered the Linus guy
I guess I go kill him and rob his suit
