After a stormy boat trip, Dink answers the summons to end Horror in this sequel to the first Friends Beyond Dmod.
Welcome to the sequel for Friends Beyond 1, our 2nd installment to the Friends Beyond trilogy!
Commentary by Ex-Deathevn.

Unlike Friends Beyond 1, I'll be doing separate recording sessions. Your comments may have an effect on what takes place. Spot something I missed? Know a secret or way to get me un-stuck from wherever I've gotten into a jam? Feel free to yell at me.

The previous playthrough in this series can be found here.

I've never actually played this one through, so looking forward to the LP.

One thing I want to know though: Does anyone from here watch DSPT's videos anymore? The amount of views on the videos and the posts on the LP threads are very low. And overall, people just seem uninterested. I'm just curious, because it would be a shame if lots of Dinkers wasted their time making these great LP's, for nothing.

In all honesty I don't mind too much about the views, I get to have fun recording how badly I play Dmods these days and look back at it later on. While I'd certainly like to know people enjoy what we on the channel do, all the same, I don't mind.

But yes, I would either way like to know the answer to that.

Mmmm, pizza.
I used to not watch them, with the excuse that I still want to play the D-Mods unspoiled. However, I lately realized that I enjoy watching people play through a game almost more than playing it myself. So, yeah, I started watching them a couple of weeks ago, and I've caught up with FB1 and World of DinkC during the last few days. The "Let's Race" pulled me over, I guess. That stuff was hilarious.

I should probably comment more, but I usually have nothing of any value to say. But yeah, I enjoy watching them when I have time, so please do continue making them! (As long as you're enjoying it, of course).

Never be afraid to ask, but don't demand an answer
Yeah, I'm watching and enjoying it. And I agree the let's race was great, too.

Spot something I missed?

Yes; you really should have another talk (and another one, and another) with that kid in shoreview who kicked you, otherwise part of the story later on won't happen. It's not at all important, but it's a nice cutscene.

Know a secret or way to get me un-stuck from wherever I've gotten into a jam?

Sure. The woman in twin lakes said the mayor lives in the EAST of the town. I agree that she could have used a few more words, like "you should go see our mayor", but that was pretty obvious, don't you think? So go see the mayor in twin lakes. Then you will be told to go to shoreview, and then you can actually do something there. You're showing too much initiative, going to shoreview without being told to go there. How can you expect them to have a problem for you to solve that way?

The file I was talking about before is solution/solution.html. It tells you about all possible paths to different end bosses. It also tells you solutions to all puzzles and secrets in the game. So it's probably better to read it after you have followed several paths and got several endings, and just want to make sure you're not missing one.

Anyway, nice work so far. I like the extra thought bubbles you inserted as well.
