Ok, a bit middle-east: Iraqi, Lebanese or similar. But middle-eastern guys aren't ugly, just because of recent media portrayal - ultimately, you are you no matter what others tell you to be.
You look like a Libyan, I think. Are you from Libya? Do you have any plutonium-239? I could sure use some plutonium-239. I need it for the flux capacitor on my DeLorean DMC-12. Don't worry, I'm not making a nuclear bomb. I just want it for time travel. I tried to buy some plutonium-239 from the North Koreans, but they said they wouldn't take my money since they don't believe in capitalism. But you're a Libyan, right? Your country believes in buying and selling radioactive isotopes on the black market, if I recall correctly.

Can Albino's have dark hair,Amber eyes and get a tan?
Albinos are sheet white and burn rather than get a tan. They have pure white hair, and often have a reddish pigment to there irises. All of this is because of a condition that keeps their systems from developing pigments like most people do.
