I keep running around and searching everywhere, he was supposed to be in one of the jail cells by the lab rooms right? I see the emergency exit and the door that asks if he is alive. I can't return to town on the blood river and can't find him... oh, not sure if it makes a difference, but I went to the house without the suit and killed the death machine.
