I recently bought a new memory stick 8GB for my PSP 2000. I decided to download Tekken 6 and WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010 for it.
What custom firmware do they require for a PSP2000?

The latest one is the GEN edition, but if the two games you brought up are too new, they won't work. The PSP scene has crashed, don't expect any new custom firmware to be released ever/any time soon.
