Online Competition?
Everyone's been talking about it. Nobody could be bothered doing it. Now at least three people are developing there own Online Dink based games at the same time. Coincidence?
I've started working on something online dinkish nearly a year ago... AND IT WILL BE BETTER THAN WHATEVER GARBAGE YOU'RE MAKING!!
Nah just kidding. I guess it has got quite a bit to do with time. I guess over time we learned many things and new possibilities came. How far back in time do you have to go to reach a point where you were unable to create an online Dink game? Aside from that I’d say its coincidence.

Three people? I thought your project was the only one right now...
Who are the others? I did talk about a web version of Dink but I currently don't have the time to work on it. It's quite some effort and I'm not fully convinced it'll be worth the effort, unless it becomes a team effort. I do think it's the most viable path to take given that the technologies it's supposed to be built upon (HTML5/canvas/etc) will be with us for a long time.
